For the protection of guests' valuables, a safe is provided in your room. The hotel company will not be liable for loss of money, jewelry or other property not protected in this manner.
Use of the swimming pools, water sports equipment, and activities and grounds are at the guests' own risk. The hotel company will not be held liable for accidents or injury caused by use or misuse of the facilities.
I accept responsibility for room charges and any incidental amounts incurred by me or other occupants of my room(s) for the duration of my stay along with any damage to or loss of hotel property. I authorize the Hotel to debit my credit card submitted upon arrival where any such incidental amount or damage or loss of hotel property applies.
